Please proof your application in detail. Please understand we are unable to process incomplete applications.
Only applicant(s) named on the lease may reside in your new apartment home • We require an application from every one 18 years of age and older
Please present a $45.00 non-refundable application fee with your application • Please present a $150.00 refundable (with-in 72 hours) reservation fee at the time of application. This fee will be credited to your rent upon moving in • An earnest money deposit in the amount of $500.00 will be required upon approval of application • Please make checks or certified funds payable to: UIPPM • Application(s) will not be accepted without processing fee(s)
DOCUMENTS FOR APPLYING
Two forms of identification (State Issued ID, Passport, or Military ID) • Social Security Card • 2 Consecutive pay stubs (within the past 60 days) or an Offer Letter • 1099 and tax returns may be required • All income must be verifiable
